BioThis is the journal for Bill Kaplan, aka Wiccan of the Young Avengers. Basically, here's what you need to know:
-Billy is a geeky high school fanboy

-He is (probably) the son of Wanda Maximoff, aka the Scarlet Witch (making him Speed's twin and a magic-robot-demon-baby)
-His boyfriend is Teddy Altman, aka Hulkling
-He is an unregistered superhero and spent most of the Civil War in the Negative Zone (nice going, Stark)
